Management of patients with worn dentition is complex and difficult. The management of tooth wear, especially attrition, is becoming a subject of increasing interest in the prosthodontic literature. The specific objectives of this treatment were to restore the masticatory functions by prosthetic rehabilitation of missing teeth, and then treating the periodontally and endodontically involved teeth.
